Frank holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies, an M.A. in Church Ministries, and is a doctoral candidate. He is currently pursuing a PhD at Regent University.
He began his formal education and vocational ministry in 1990. He has served as an associate pastor at San Leandro, CA "Foursquare Church". Before joining the faculty at Life Pacific College in San Dimas, he was previously an associate professor in Biblical Studies, Chair of Christian Leadership, and Director of External Programs at Patten University in Oakland.
Frank is a member of the Academy of Management and has presented at those conferences. He has been published in the Int'l Journal of Organizational Advancement, and does research in the areas of vocational calling, authentic leadership, and organizational development. He is currently a member of the Claremont Foursquare Church.
Frank loves music, and has been playing for 30 years. Music was his original calling, and has always been an important part of his life. He loves to play and listen to music of all types. He has written and produced his own songs in a modest studio at his home. He does much of the playing, sequencing, and looping himself.
His wife Gina of 16 years, and his four children... Jacob, Benjamin, Abigail, and Matthew... are the greatest joy in his life. The Markows are truly a blessed family.
